Become a BusinessAffinity.fr animator

Purpose

These rules define the terms of collaboration between BusinessAffinity.fr and independent Network Animators. They aim for sustainable, consistent and fair growth of the network, while protecting the interests of BusinessAffinity.fr and its members.

1. Animator status

The Animator operates as an independent professional. They have no employment contract, relationship of subordination, exclusivity or legal representation of BusinessAffinity.fr.

2. Access conditions

Be registered, hold an active SIRET number, be up to date with tax and social security obligations, hold the relevant professional insurance and comply with applicable regulations.

3. Mission

Develop the local network, recruit professionals, support their onboarding, encourage recommendations and contribute to community engagement.

4. Targets

Each Animator must produce at least 4 new validated professional sign-ups per month. BusinessAffinity.fr may set additional targets depending on the size of the territory.

5. Compensation

Commissions are calculated exclusively on professional subscriptions actually collected. No payment is due during the first free year offered to professionals.

6. Rates

Animator: 25% of professional subscriptions collected. Founding Animator: the first 50 Animators keep a rate of 30% on the same calculation basis.

7. Conditions for retention

Recurring commissions remain acquired only if the professional remains an active member, pays their subscription and keeps their activity. The Animator must also keep their independent status and comply with these rules.

8. Suspension

Any lack of production for three consecutive calendar months automatically results in the loss of recurring commissions and Animator status. A new application will be required to rejoin the network.

9. Immediate loss

Fraud, false declaration, breach of the charter, poaching of clients, harm to the image of BusinessAffinity.fr, breach of the GDPR, loss of legal status, personal debts owed to BusinessAffinity.fr or behaviour contrary to the interests of the network.

10. Territories

BusinessAffinity.fr remains the sole decision-maker for the creation, modification, merger or removal of animation territories.

11. Communication

Use of the BusinessAffinity.fr logo, brand, materials and tools is reserved for active Animators and must comply with the graphic charter.

12. Confidentiality

All commercial, technical and strategic information of the network is strictly confidential during the collaboration and after it ends.

13. Non-solicitation

It is forbidden to solicit network members in order to direct them towards a competing network or activity.

14. Monitoring

BusinessAffinity.fr may monitor the performance, the quality of actions and the compliance of the Animator's practices.

15. Termination

BusinessAffinity.fr may end the collaboration in the event of a breach of these rules. The Animator may also leave the network freely. Commissions cease according to these terms.

16. Amendment

BusinessAffinity.fr may amend the rules to address legal, economic or technical developments. The new provisions apply after notification.

Validation clause

These internal operating rules are validated when the Network Animator joins BusinessAffinity.fr; they take effect as soon as their account is validated. They are subject to change according to the company's social, legal and economic environment.
