Child safety

Scope

These standards apply to the BusinessAffinity.fr mobile app, the BusinessAffinity.fr website, and to profiles, messages, posts, reviews, requests, events, classified ads, documents and content exchanged between users.

CSAE prohibition

BusinessAffinity.fr explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This prohibition covers any content, behavior, solicitation, contact attempt, sharing, storage or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

In particular, it is prohibited to use BusinessAffinity.fr to publish, transmit, request, promote, normalize or facilitate any content or exchange involving the sexual exploitation of a minor, endangerment of a minor, grooming, sextortion, the sexualization of minors, or any form of trafficking or abuse targeting children.

Reporting and handling

Users can report concerning content, a message or behavior through the contact and reporting mechanisms available in BusinessAffinity.fr, or by email at contact@businessaffinity.fr.

Reports related to child safety are reviewed as a priority. BusinessAffinity.fr may remove the content concerned, restrict or suspend an account, preserve the elements needed for analysis and cooperate with the competent authorities where required by law.

Moderation and enforcement

BusinessAffinity.fr may review public content, profiles and reported behavior in order to enforce these standards. Any account used to circumvent a suspension or continue a prohibited activity may be permanently deleted.

When content appears to involve an offense or a risk to a child, BusinessAffinity.fr takes reasonable steps to limit access to the content, protect the people concerned and transmit relevant information to the competent authorities or organizations.

Revision

These standards may be updated to reflect legal obligations, store policies, user feedback and the evolution of safety risks.
